Missions is central to the church’s mandate to proclaim the gospel to the ends of the earth (Matt. 28:19–20), calling all people to come to Christ and worship our Triune God.  Our outreach in our local community, nation, and across the globe reflects this top priority.

Our Missions Committee helps facilitate outreach through supporting long-term missionaries, church planters, and campus ministries while also sponsoring a short-term mission trip every other year.  Fundraisers such as the annual Craft Fair and Spaghetti Dinner/Dessert Auction bring awareness and raise needed support.  We pray for our missionaries in each of our Sunday Schools.  Some of the outreach works we support include:

  • Matt and Carly Chase in Chiba, Japan
  • David and Gloria Doty in Taiwan
  • Scott and Ruth Hill in Cherokee, NC
  • Missionaries in sensitive locations
  • Reformed University Fellowship at University of Akron and Kent State University (Rev. Nate Bower)
