Meetings

Both American Heritage Girls (Troop OH-1799) and Trail Life USA (Troop OH-0190) meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 6:45 P.M. Meetings last an hour and a half and are hosted at Redeemer Church. The Troops coordinate and participate in two or three campouts each year in addition to other activities such as the Memorial Day Parade, National Day of Prayer, rock climbing, hiking, and more. For more information on either please contact Ernie Miller

American Heritage Girls

AHG helps girls acquire skills that will assist them in all areas of life, from learning how to use a computer, sew a button, protect themselves, or become an astronaut. Each aspect of AHG is designed to help Troop members experience the Lord—the Oath, the Leaders, service efforts, Religious Recognition programs, and even Badge work. AHG promotes friendships across age groups as older girls help teach younger girls. Each Troop provides numerous opportunities throughout the year for each girl to build friendships and enjoy time with her Troop.

Trail Life USA

In the context of outdoor adventure, Trail Life USA is a Christ-centered, boy-focused mentoring and discipleship program that partners with local churches to empower the next generation of young leaders. Working in a patrol within the Troop, each Trailman is challenged to build his character and a lifetime of practical leadership skills. We encourage all boys irrespective of religion, race, national origin, or socio-economic status to join. Our program is delivered from a Christian worldview and is meant to showcase the Lord in every aspect of the program.
